In her first season as assistant to the head coach at RMU is Maggie Nicolella.
 
Nicolella, a native of Washington, Pa., worked as assistant director of operations for the Colonials from January 2019 to December 2019. Also as an undergrad at RMU, Nicolella served as a recruiting assistant during the 2018 calendar year.
 
Nicolella graduated from RMU in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration in accounting.
