In his first season with Robert Morris in 2015-16 is Adam Dutton, who serves as the program’s graduate manager. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in organizational leadership at Robert Morris.
 
A native of Winchester, Va., Dutton spent the last seven years in the private sector, working for Wells Fargo, Lonesource, Wolfe, LLC. and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
 
Dutton spent three years as an assistant coach with Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., from 2006 to 2009, where he was responsible for post player development. During his time the Hornets, Dutton coached a pair of Division III All-Americans in Jerimiah Lawrence and Onyie Onunaku. Also during his time at Shenandoah, Dutton was responsible for all game plans and scouting.
 
After spending the 2002-03 campaign at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, Calif., as a point guard, Dutton played for two seasons at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., from 2003 to 2005.
 
Dutton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in history from Shenandoah in 2008 and also earned an associate degree in general education studies from Cuesta in 2003. Dutton’s father, David, is the all-time winningest coach in Shenandoah history, having spent 13 years as the head coach from 1988 to 2001.
