RMU accepted a bid to the 2019 CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT), where it advanced to the second round after a 98-89 overtime victory over Cornell at the North Athletic Complex. In 2019-20, the Colonials posted an overall record of 20-14 (.588) and earned an automatic bid to the 2020 NCAA Tournament after a 77-67 triumph over Saint Francis U at the UPMC Events Center.
Fedor, a native of Hamilton, N.J., joined the RMU staff after spending four years with the Hoop Group in Neptune, N.J. He served as the Assistant Director of Team Tournaments in 2014-15 before being promoted to Director of Team Tournaments, a role he held for three years.
While with the Hoop Group, Fedor was the event coordinator for eight premier grassroots AAU team tournaments, which featured over 2,500 teams from 30 different states. He also served as the event coordinator for six premier high school showcases, which featured elite teams from Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
