Dylan Colletti is entering his second season as the director of basketball operations and video coordinator at Robert Morris University in 2018-19 after being hired in November of 2018.

"He has accumulated some great experience on a couple different Division I men's basketball programs in a video coordinator position, and that type of experience is so valuable. Colletti arrives in Moon Township from Louisiana Tech University. He spent two seasons as a graduate assistant with the men's basketball team, taking charge of all video operations along with overseeing its managers. Colletti also assisted the director of basketball operations with any tasks he needed to complete. The Bulldogs won 40 games over those two seasons, winning a game in the Conference USA (C-USA) Tournament both years. In 2016-17, Louisiana Tech went 23-7 overall and 14-4 in league play, advancing to the C-USA Semifinals.
Prior to his stint in Ruston, La., Colletti spent four seasons as a student manager for the Winthrop University men's basketball team. The Eagles enjoyed a stretch of success during his time in Rock Hill, S.C., advancing to three consecutive Big South Championship Games from 2013-16.
Colletti graduated from Winthrop in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management. In 2018, he earned a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in sports administration from Louisiana Tech.
