Thomas McConnell leads the efforts in the Colonials' ACL Prevention workout for the Robert Morris University women's basketball program. He travels on all road trips with the RMU women's basketball team and continues to provide RMU athletes with physical therapy and sports medicine in the form of post-op care, speed and agility training, and strengthening.
A graduate of Saint Louis University, McConnell completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Ala. He is a licensed physical therapist and certified athletic trainer. McConnell is the current owner of Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, which has four clinics throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.Â
