- When not at the rink, she enjoys baking, hanging out on the farm and spending time with friends 
- Grew up on a cattle farm; did some grain farming as well
- Plan after graduating is to go overseas for a couple of years and play hockey; would also like to coach hockey in the future and take courses to become an agronomist
