Emma Gorski enters her second year as the Goalie Coach for the RMU women’s hockey team. A recent graduate of RMU in the spring of 2024, Gorski hails from Wallaceburg, Ontario.
After spending her first four years of collegiate hockey at Merrimack College, Gorski played her final season with the Colonials, making a significant impact in the program's first year back on the ice.
In a standout performance against Penn State on February 10, 2024, Gorski set a program record with 66 saves, helping RMU secure a spot in the 2024 CHA Playoff Tournament and earning CHA Goaltender of the Week honors.
During the 2023-24 season, Gorski, an Alternate Captain for the Colonials, recorded six wins, made 447 saves, and posted a .901 save percentage. Over her collegiate career, she tallied 22 wins, played over 5,500 minutes, and registered over 2,800 saves.
At RMU, she earned a Master's of Science in Healthcare Analytics;.
At Merrimack, Gorski graduated with a degree in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Psychology. She was named the team's MVP in 2020 and was a four-time Hockey East All-Academic Team member. She was also actively involved in student government, showcasing her leadership on and off the ice.
