Robert Morris University Athletics

Sarah Kaczuk

Now in her fourth season with Robert Morris, volunteer assistant coach Sarah Kaczuk brings a wealth of collegiate playing experience and coaching experience to the Colonials.

In each of Kaczuk’s first three seasons with Robert Morris as an assistant coach, she helped to continue the proud tradition of RMU volleyball as the Colonials qualified for the NEC tournament in each season while extending the conference’s longest active postseason appearance streak to 14 seasons.

While with Robert Morris, Kaczuk has guided four student-athletes to spots on the All-NEC First Team while others have claimed numerous weekly honors from the conference.

Kaczuk began her collegiate volleyball career at Ashland University, playing for the Eagles during the 2005 season. After a year at Ashland, Kaczuk transferred to Kent State where she played for the Golden Flashes in 2007 and 2008.  She graduated from Kent State in December 2008 with a degree in business management.

Kaczuk, a native of Solon, Ohio, began her coaching career in 2006, assisting with teams from Renaissance Volleyball Club in Cleveland, Ohio, and Summit Volleyball Club in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. In the two years prior to her appointment as the assistant coach at Robert Morris, she served as a head coach of numerous youth teams within these clubs. Kaczuk was also an assistant coach with the United States Air Force Adult Women's Volleyball Team that won the gold medal in the All-Armed Forces Games in May 2010.
