Biography

2008:  Appeared in 18 matches and 38 games ... Finished the season with three kills, five service aces and 20 digs ... Tallied her first kill in RMU’s 3-1 win over Marist, while also adding one service ace and one dig (8/30) ... Registered a season-high four digs in a sweep of Saint Peter’s (9/14) and tallied three digs against Pitt (9/16) ... Collected one kill, one service ace and one dig against St. Francis (N.Y.) (10/4) ... Tied her season-high four digs against Quinnipiac, while also adding one service ace (11/15).

 

 

2007 (Rutgers): Played in 19 matches, starting five, for a total of 39 games ...Third on the team in service aces with 10 ... Finished the season with 16 kills and 35 digs ... Led the team in kills and digs against Pitt (11/11) with six and seven, respectively ... Compiled four kills, three digs, one service ace and one solo block against West Virginia (11/10).  

 

High School: Earned three letters in both volleyball and track & field ... Named all-county, all-conference and all-state honorable mention during her sophomore, junior and senior seasons in volleyball ... Played club for Circle City Volleyball and helped lead her team to the Junior Olympic Qualifier in 2004 and 2005 ... Also guided her team to a regional championship in 2004, a runner-up finish in the Northern Lights Tournament in 2004 and a fourth-place finish at the Mideast Qualifier in 2006.

 

Personal: Daughter of Mark and Melanie Tonn ... Born Sept. 22, 1988 ... Has two sisters, Macie and Madison ... Major is sport management.
