2024 Highlights (Sophomore)
- During her sophomore season, Stepanovich played in 97 sets while appearing in 27 sets
- Led the Colonials by averaging 2.64 kills per set while also compiling 254 total kills 
- Was also the team leader in digs totaling 360 in her second year, that number was also good for 11th in the Horizon League
- Had her most complete against Northern Kentucky where she collected a season-high 20 kills and 20 digs while also tallying two blocks (10/18)
- Had 10 double/double performances this season as she now has 21 double-doubles in her career
- Recorded 19 kills and 17 digs in a five-set match against IU Indy (10/11)
- Posted a season-high 21 digs along with 11 kills in five sets against Milwaukee (11/8)
- Stuffed the stat sheet against Youngstown State when she collected 20 digs, 12 kills, and a season-high five aces (10/1)

2023 Highlights (Freshman)
- Finished her freshman campaign as part of the Horizon League All-Freshman Team and named to the All-League Second Team
- Led the Colonials with 282 kills and 329 points along with 820 total attempts. Was second on the team 32 service aces with an average of 0.38 service aces per set
- Her 3.36 kills per set ranked second in the conference while her 3.92 points per frame was third best in the Horizon League
- Recorded 11 kill/dig double-doubles, including 15 matches with double-figure numbers in kills and digs. She registered three games with 20+ kills and 20+ digs while posting seven matches with 2+ service aces. She also totaled 28 total blocks for RMU
- Registered a season-high 24 kills along with 22 digs in a win against Youngstown State
- Had 23 kills, 14 digs, two aces, and season-high five total blocks in a victory against Oakland
- Notched a season-high five aces in a non-conference win against Radford
- Had her best non-conference performance against West Virginia when she posted a line of 24 digs, 20 kills, and an ace
- Played a stretch of seven straight games where she had at least 12 kills and 37 total attempts


Prep Highlights: 
- Attended Glen Oak high school, playing in the Federal League
- Helped lead the Golden Eagles to a 25-2 overall record in 2019
- Secured the District Championship and Federal League Championship in 2019
- Led the Glen Oak to a 21-4 overall mark in 2022
- Was a 2x Federal League and Stark County player of the year
- One of two players to achieve 1000 kills and 1000 digs in a career
- Was awarded the Archie Griffin Award and Leadership Award
- Was a part of the National Honors Society and Sources of Strength
