Tiana Lecker enters her second year as an Assistant Media Relations Director at Robert Morris University, where she serves as the primary communications contact for volleyball, women's basketball, women's lacrosse, track & field/cross country, and rowing. In her role, she oversees media relations, strategic communications, social media management, graphic and video content creation, statistical reporting, and the production of publications that support the department's storytelling and promotional efforts.

Prior to joining Robert Morris, Lecker spent more than two years at Point Park University, where she advanced through several roles, including Athletics Communications Intern, Graduate Assistant, Interim Sports Information Director, and Assistant Director of Athletics Communications and Creative Content. During her time with the Pioneers, she spearheaded a comprehensive rebrand of the department's graphics and social media presence, managed communications and social media for all 17 varsity programs, coordinated media days, assisted with broadcasting and game-day operations, and played an integral role in the launch of Point Park's new SIDEARM Athletics website. As Interim Sports Information Director, she also helped guide the university through its successful NCAA Division II provisional membership process. In addition, Lecker served as Co-Advisor of the Sports Communication Club, overseeing student broadcasting and media operations for Point Park Athletics.

A graduate of Point Park University, Lecker earned a Master of Education in Athletic Coaching and Administration in 2024 with a perfect 4.0 GPA after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management in 2023 with a 3.99 GPA. She was honored with the School of Education's Academic Excellence Award in 2024.

Lecker was also a four-year member of the Point Park softball program, where she earned multiple academic honors, including NAIA Daktronics Scholar-Athlete, River States Conference Scholar-Athlete, and induction into Chi Alpha Sigma, the National College Athlete Honor Society. Following her playing career, she remained involved with the softball program, providing operational and administrative support during the 2023 season while serving as the Graduate Assistant in Athletic Communications. Her responsibilities included assisting with scheduling, recruiting, team operations, and statistical support.

A native of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, Lecker currently resides in Bellevue, Pennsylvania.
