Santiago Mejia of the golf team earns the Higher Images RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week accolade for April 1, 2015. The senior who hails from Bogota, Colombia, helped Robert Morris finish fourth out of 23 schools at the Whiting-Turner Towson Invitational at Prospect Bay Country Club in Gransonville, Md., this past weekend by finishing third individually. For the two-day tournament, Mejia carded a 74 in the first round and a 73 the second day for a score of 147. He trailed only Lloyd Jeffer Go of Seton Hall (143) and Nicolas Echavarria (144) of Arkansas. So far this season Mejia has played in 13 rounds and has posted an average score of 74.0, which ranks second for the Colonials.
