The Capsule
Robert Morris and St. Bonaventure renew a series that has been dormant since 2002 when they meet in a 4:00 p.m. game Monday, Sept. 30. Robert Morris in the middle of a seven-game, 37-day road trip. After opening the season 3-0-1 in four games, RMU is 1-4 in five road contests. St. Bonaventure is 2-6-1 on the season.
 
The Series vs. St. Bonaventure
The Colonials and Bonnies have not played since Sept. 1, 2002. SBU has won the only five meetings between these squads by a combined score of 33-2. The last time they played, SBU took a 2-1 victory against RMU at a tournament in Akron, Ohio.

The Colonials got off to the best start in team history at 3-0-1, but have struggled on its current seven-game road trip going 1-4 in the first five games of the trip. Madison Kozlowski leads the team with nine points on four goals and an assist, but has not tallied a point in the last four games. The Colonials lost their most recent game, 3-1, at Duquesne as freshman Antonia Grese scored the second goal of her rookie campaign. Junior Becky Schoenecker and sophomore Chelsea de Jager have split the majority of play in goal. Schoenecker has a 1.40 goals against average and .794 save percentage. de Jager has a 1.18 GAA and a .762 save percentage.
 
What's Next?
Monday's game marks the end of the non-conference schedule. The Colonials begin their Northeast Conference schedule in earnest Friday, Oct. 4, in a 7:00 p.m. game at Central Connecticut State.
