Fairfield, Conn. – The
Robert Morris University women's soccer team saw its playoff hopes come to an end with a 2-1 loss in a Northeast Conference game at Sacred Heart Friday night. Gabrielle Corrente scored her first career goal exactly 35:00 in, sending a header off a Sacred Heart defender and into the net to cut the margin to 2-1.
Thats as close as the colonials would get.
