Yoviene Earns NEC Offensive Player of the Week
- After recording six points in RMU's season-opening 16-13 victory over Niagara, junior midfielder Kristin Yoviene was named NEC Offensive Player of the Week.
- Yoviene was one of four Colonials to record a hat trick, but it was her three assists that helped her lead RMU with six points.
- While Yoviene's six points matched a career high, her three assists marked a new personal best during her time at Robert Morris.
- The accomplishment was the second time that Yoviene had earned the award with her first Player of the Week honor coming during the 2013 season.

A Perfect Start
- The 2-0 start to the 2014 campaign marks just the second time in program history that the Colonials have won conescutive games to kick off a season.
- Last season, RMU started 3-0 before suffering its first loss.
A Mainstay Between the Pipes
- After an 8-8 season in 2013, goaltender Kaitlin Pentz returns for her senior year with the Colonials.
- Pentz's eight wins last season matched a career high and give Pentz the second-most wins in a single season in program history.
- After victories over Niagara and Howard, Pentz now has 24 career wins, tying her for the most in Robert Morris history with Erica Webb (2007-10) who also recorded 24 victories during her time as a Colonial.
