Colonials, Red Flash Renew Keystone State Rivalry

Capsule
The Robert Morris University women's soccer team is back home after a four-match road trip as the Colonials take on Keystone State rival Saint Francis U at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7. RMU struggled during its swing away from the North Athletic Complex, dropping all four of its games, including the first two NEC tilts of the season. However, the Colonials have had success at home this year, winning their last two matches against Ohio (1-0, OT) and Howard (2-0) in early September. The Red Flash enter the contest with an identical 2-10 overall record and a 0-1 mark in league play, having lost their conference opener in double overtime at Farleigh Dickinson, 3-2.

All-Time Series vs. Saint Francis U
Robert Morris is 6-16-3 against the Red Flash in its history. Last season, the Colonials edged out SFU in Loretto, 3-2, thanks to goals by Erin Ritzer, Kristie Hamilton, and Lauren Sulkowski in the opening 60 minutes. RMU also picked up a 0-0 draw with its Keystone State rivals in 2014, thanks in part to Becky Schoenecker's 14-save clean sheet on Senior Day.
