Moon Township, Pa. – The
Robert Morris University Department of Athletics and the Northeast Conference are partnering up for a Love & Basketball promotion that will take place Saturday, Feb. 15, at its basketball doubleheader against Fairleigh Dickinson at the UPMC Events Center.
The first 200 fans attending games this weekend receive a pop-out magnet, courtesy of the NEC. The RMU men take on FDU at 1:00 p.m., followed by the women at 4:00 p.m. The Robert Morris women's program will honor senior
Nneka Ezeigbo prior to its game against the Knights as part of Senior Day festivities.
A special ticket offer of two general admission seats for $25.00 can be purchased for either game. Tickets for the men's game will be located on the upper sideline behind the team benches and can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com. By purchasing tickets with the special offer, $5.00 will go toward a donation to RMU Athletics. Robert Morris students get in
free to either game with their Freedom Card.
In addition, fans will have an opportunity to win two tickets Saturday to the
Tedeschi Trucks Band concert set for Wednesday, Feb. 19, at the UPMC Events Center. Win tickets to the show by taking part in RMU's "Name that Tune" promotion.
