PITTSBURGH, Pa - The Robert Morris University men's hockey team returned to the national rankings when it was announced Monday that the Colonials currently sit 20th overall in the latest USCHO National Poll. 

The Colonials are coming off of three victories in four days, including their first sweep of RIT since the 2014-15 campaign.

It marks the second time this season that RMU has cracked the Top-20 in the USCHO Poll, having also occupied the #20 spot from December 14-21 following their sweep of Air Force. 

The Colonials had received votes in both the USCHO and USA Today Polls every week of the season prior to Monday's rankings, and currently sit at 8-3 overall, including a league-best 6-1 mark in Atlantic Hockey play. 

They return to action this Thursday, January 7th for the first of three showdowns against the Niagara Purple Eagles.
