Moon Township, Pa. – The 2022 season opener at Duke, five non-conference home games at Joe Walton Stadium and a full slate as part of its first year as an affiliate member of the ASUN Conference highlights the 2022 RMU men's lacrosse schedule released Tuesday.
The Colonials will open their first season under head coach
Craig McDonald Friday, Feb. 4, at Duke. The home portion of the schedule begins Saturday, Feb. 12, when RMU welcomes Bucknell to Joe Walton Stadium for a 1:00 p.m. faceoff.
The contest against the Bison is one of five non-conference home games for the Colonials in 2022, which also includes a four-game homestand at Joe Walton Stadium. RMU opens the homestand Wednesday, March 9, against Canisius at 4:00 p.m. and will also welcome High Point (3/12), Marquette (3/19) and Drexel (3/26) during the stretch.

RMU takes to the road for its debut ASUN tilt, traveling to Detroit Mercy Saturday, April 2. Other road games in their first season as an affiliate member of the ASUN for the Colonials include Utah (4/16) as well as the 2022 regular season finale at Cleveland State (4/30). RMU will host a pair of ASUN opponents, including Bellarmine Saturday, April 9, at 3:00 p.m. and Air Force Saturday, April 23, at 1:00 p.m. The 2022 ASUN Championships are slated for Friday, May 6, and Sunday, May 8, at Milton Frank Stadium in Huntsville, Ala.

valentin@rmu.edu. Fans can also purchase one season ticket that covers RMU men's and women's lacrosse for $60.
Individual tickets will also be on sale, with prices that include $8.00 for adult general admission, $5.00 for kids, seniors ages 65 and over and RMU faculty and staff. Groups of 10 or more can purchase tickets at $4.00 each. Tickets can be purchased by calling the RMU Ticket Office at (412) 397-4949.
