The Colonials open the spring campaign Saturday, March 19, and Sunday, March 20, with the Carpetbagger Classic in Urbana, Md., at Worthington Manor Golf Club. The event is co-hosted by Binghamton and Bucknell.

The season opener at Worthington Manor will mark the second time RMU has taken part in the event and the first since 2020. The 2022 Horizon League Championships are set for April 24-26 in Howey-in-the-Hills, Fla., at the Mission Inn Resort. In their first appearance in the Horizon League Championships, the Colonials placed fifth out of 10 institutions, recording a score of 920 over 54 holes.

Led by head coach Jerry Stone, who is in his 21st season leading the Colonials, RMU posted a best four-player team scoring average of 291.6 this past fall, which halfway through the season is tops in the school record book. The Colonials were led in the fall by junior Josh Nagy, who recorded an average score of 70.4, including a pair of top five finishes.
