Colonials Fall to the Norse

RMU Volleyball Recap (10/14/22)

Moon Township, Pa. - The RMU volleyball team loses to the third place Northern Kentucky Norse (8-11 / 6-2 #HLVB) by a decision of 3-0. The Colonials overall record is now 8-13 (.381) during the 2022 season, including 1-8 (.111) in the Horizon League.

MOMENTS THAT MATTERED
Individually for the Colonials, junior outside hitter Abby Ryan scored a team high nine kills in the match. Graduate student and outside hitter Alyssa Hudak produced six kills again as she did yesterday against Wright State. Sophomore Ally Christman after tonight's match has officially earned over 200 total digs in her career. Freshman setter Kaitlyn Brown provided another 14 assists for the Colonials. And finally, senior libero Allena Carmody played well defensively, putting up 12 digs on the night.

RMU will finish up their four-game road trip at Cleveland State (10/18). The Vikings are currently (6-13 / 3-5 #HLVB). The game will be played at 6 p.m. in Cleveland, Ohio.
