The All-Time Series (Eastern Michigan) – Come Wednesday afternoon, it'll be the first-ever meeting between the Colonials and Eagles. Eastern Michigan joined the Mid-American Conference and played its inaugural season against NCAA Division I competition in the 2021-22 academic year. Robert Morris joined the MAC in January of 2021 and are in their third season this year.

Scouting The Eagles – Eastern Michigan comes to Moon Township having lost its last nine games while holding a 1-11 overall record and an 0-4 mark in conference action. The Eagles dropped a 19-9 decision to Kent State last Wednesday (4/12) as Sydney Lawrence led the team with six points on five goals and one assist while also posting two more caused turnovers to add to her conference leading total. Mackenzie Blackwell scored twice and led the team in draw controls as she recorded six on the day. With those wins, she has now recorded at least six in each of the last five games and carded at least five in 8-of-12 games played this year. Julie Lindsey had a career day on the defensive end as she tallied five ground balls and three caused turnovers. Her ground ball total ties for the second-most in a single game this year while her caused turnovers tie for the EMU single-game record.

The Eagles are led by a trio of players who have no problem finding the back of the net. Blackwell paces the team with 30 goals on the season while sitting second on the team with 32 total points. She also leads the team and sits second in the conference with 62 draw controls while averaging 5.17 per contest. Lawrence ranks second on the team with 25 scores this season while leading the team in assists (10) and points (35). She has won 27 draw controls while collecting a team-high 22 ground balls and 22 caused turnovers. Her caused turnovers lead the MAC while her 1.83 caused turnovers a game also ranks first. Tracy Grollman is the third Eagle to record double-digit scores, tallying 15, with five assists for 20 total points. She's grabbed 15 ground balls while causing two turnovers this season.

Another One - A handful of Colonials kept their statistical streaks alive over the weekend. Chelsea Coleman has extended her scoring streak to 13 straight games while Lilli Hadden has posted a point in five consecutive contests. With her goal and assist today, Julia Koterwas has now carded a point in six straight games while collecting an assist in three consecutive matches. Tifft tied her career-high with four scores on the afternoon, after totaling six shots, five coming on goal in the victory. She caused a team-high two turnovers, collected two draw controls and a ground ball against the Penguins.
