MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – RMU (6-4, 3-1 NEC) travels to Central Connecticut State (5-5, 3-1 NEC) at Arute Field Kickoff is at noon.
 
THE SERIES
Saturday marks the 28th game of the series. RMU leads 17-9 overall, 15-9 in NEC play. Central Connecticut leads 3-7 at the current version of Arute Field. The series is tied 7-7 in games played in  New Britain. This will be the first matchup between the Colonials and Blue Devils since November 16, 2019 when CCSU defeated RMU 41-28 at Arute Field. The series began in RMU's inaugural season in 1994 and the teams played 26 straight seasons from until 2019.
 
THE LAST TIME OUT
RMU had its five-game winning streak snapped with a 49-28 loss to No. 19 Central Connecticut State on November 16, 2019. The Blue Devils outscored the Colonials 21-0 in the 3^rd quarter en route to its win.
