MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa.  – Alvaro Folgueiras recorded a double-double of a career-tying 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead RMU (5-2) to its fifth straight win after its 86-76  victory at Cornell (3-1) on Thursday night. 
 
1^st HALF
With RMU leading 12-11 at the 12:42 mark of the 1^st half, the Colonials went on a 9-0 run to take a 21-11 advantage at 11:03. The lead would get as large as 17 points when Antallah Sandlin-El's layup made the score 42-25 at 2:47. RMU took a 44-33 lead into halftime.
 
2^nd HALF
The Big Red slowly chipped away at the lead and made it a two possession game at 76-70 2:29 remaining and would get the deficit down to four points with under a minute remaining. But RMU made six straight eight straight free throws in the game's final 41 seconds.
 
INSIDE THE NUMBERS

• Folgueiras recorded his fourth double-double of the season
• Amarion Dickerson scored a career-high 15 points
• Josh Omojafo had 12 assists and a career-best eight assists, which ties the single-game high in the Horizon League this season
• Sandlin-El scored a career-high 14 points on 6-of-9 shooting in 18 minutes – he added a career-best seven rebounds
• DJ Smith and Ryan Prather Jr. each scored 10 points
• The Colonials dominated on the glass 42-28 and had 17 offensive rebounds to the Big Red's six
• RMU turned 13 Cornell turnovers into 19 points
• 86 points and 29 field goals are RMU's season-highs
