THE ALL-TIME SERIES (SAINT FRANCIS) – The Colonials have a perfect 13-0 record against the Red Flash dating back to the 2007 season when both teams played in the NEC. The last time these two teams played was in 2019 when the Colonials routed Saint Francis 18-5 at Joe Walton Stadium. RMU has had plenty of offensive success in the series history as the Colonials average over 18 points per game against the Red Flash.
SCOUTING THE RED FLASH – Saint Francis has started out the 2024 campaign with an 0-2 record with losses against Oregon and Rider to open up the season. The Red Flash are led by sophomore attack Bella Fisher who leads the team with eight points off of her team-leading four assists. Sophomore midfielder Julia Givens leads the squad with five goals through the first two games of the year.
CLIMBING THE RECORD BOOKS – Graduate Student
Colleen Tifft now has 96 goals in her RMU career which puts her in ninth-place on the all-time goals list as a Colonial. Tifft would become just the ninth Colonial all-time to hit the 100-goal plateau as Mackenzie Gandy owns the record for most career goals with 149.
RUN IT BACK – Joining the Mid-American Conference in 2021, the Colonials have been making a name for themselves the past three seasons. In RMU's first season in the MAC they were crowned champions and the past two years have made the championship game but fell both times to Central Michigan.
