• RMU women's lacrosse is ready to come back home and host Youngstown State on Saturday afternoon.
• Most recently, the Colonials lost in a non-conference bout against Pitt, 19-2.
• Jenna Irwin and Chelsea Coleman had the lone goals for RMU as it was the first meeting between the two schools.
• Jenna Irwin leads the Colonials with 27 points this season with Lilli Hadden and Colleen Tifft right behind her with 22 and 21 points respectively.
• RMU only has three regular season games remaining with contests against Duquesne, Eastern Michigan, and Youngstown State.
   

THE ALL-TIME SERIES (YOUNGSTOWN STATE) – The Colonials have had continues success against the Penguins as RMU has a 7-1 series record against their conference foe. RMU is currently on a four-game winning streak with the only loss in the series occurring in the 2022 season. In last year's contest Chelsea Coleman led the Colonials with four goals in the winning effort. Lilli Hadden chipped in three goals while Jenna Irwin and Colleen Tifft added two goals in an explosive offensive performance that saw 14 goals total for RMU.

SCOUTING THE PENGUINS – Youngstown State has started this season with an 0-13 record as well as 0-3 in MAC competition. Freshman attacker Lena Cox leads the Penguins with 30 points with most of those coming off 22 goals.

20 SEASONS – The men's and women's lacrosse teams will be celebrating their 20th season as varsity programs beginning at 10:30 a.m. with the Party on the Plaza.

RUN IT BACK – Joining the Mid-American Conference in 2021, the Colonials have been making a name for themselves the past three seasons. In RMU's first season in the MAC they were crowned champions and the past two years have made the championship game but fell both times to Central Michigan.
