MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Robert Morris had eight players named to the NEC All-Conference Team, the league announced today.

Chaz Middleton was named First Team All-Conference. The wide receiver led RMU and was tied for third in the NEC with five touchdowns, hauling in 22 catches for 370 yards averaging 16.8 yards per catch.

Four Colonials were named Second Team All-Conference on offense. Wide receiver
Thomas Lee, tight end
Richard Ransom, and offensive linemen
Mofe Adewole and
Yann Lekomo. On the defensive side, linebacker
Patrick McDonnell and cornerback
Robert Dickerson were RMU's representatives.

Lee caught 25 passes 364 yards and three touchdowns, averaging 14.6 yards per catch. Ransom hauled in 19 passes for 261 yards and two touchdowns.

McDonnell led the NEC with 112 tackles, was second with 9.3 tackles per game and 3.5 sacks. Dickerson was tied for third with 10 passes defended while adding a pair of interceptions.

Jayson Jenkins was named Second Team All-Conference on special teams. He served as both the Colonials' kicker and punter this season.

As a punter, Jenkins led the NEC with 23 punts inside of the 20 and was third in the NEC with 2,595 yards. His 78 yard boot against LIU was tied for the third longest in the FCS this season and is the longest in school history.

As a kicker, he was tied for fourth in the NEC with 10 field goals made. His career-long 46 yarder against Youngstown State was the second-longest in the NEC this season.
