MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – The RMU women's lacrosse team prepares to battle George Washington in home opener at Joe Walton Stadium. First draw is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. and can be seen live on ESPN+.

RMU LATELY
RMU (1-2) comes to Joe Walton Stadium after falling against Lafayette on Wednesday night, 12-10. The Colonials were down 11-5 to start the fourth quarter and almost completed one of the biggest comebacks in program history. Through three games, the Colonials have been guided on offense by Vivian LaMange who leads the team with 11 points on three goals and eight assists. After Jenna Irwin's great performance at Lafayette, she now leads the team with seven goals.
 
GEORGE WASHINGTON LATELY
GW (3-0) have started the season undefeated by winning games against Howard, Kent State, and William & Mary. The Revolutionaries are led by Katie Fullowan who has a team-high 12 points off of 11 goals and one assist.
 
RMU AND GW HISTORY
These two teams faced off last season at George Washington where the Revolutionaries defeated RMU, 16-9. The key difference in the game was shots on each side with GW outshooting the Colonials 35-19 and scored four goals each quarter.

MILESTONE DAY
Colonials senior attacker Jenna Irwin turned in one of the best performances of her career as she posted six goals in the loss against Lafayette. With Irwin's fifth goal of the game she became just the tenth Colonial to score at least 100 career goals.
 
COMMON OPPONENTS
RMU and George Washington each play Kent State, Youngstown State, and Duquesne on their 2025 schedules.
