SECOND PERIOD
Just over a minute into the middle frame,

Four minutes later, Jordan Blouin evened the score for the Orange. Syracuse then took control, scoring three goals from three different players over a span of 3:09 to build a 4-1 advantage heading into the third period.
THIRD PERIOD
The Colonials responded with a goal in the third period.
Rio Pierre won the faceoff, and

Mya Kearns. Kearns fired a shot from distance that found its way into the net, bringing RMU within two.
However, Rylee McLeod scored on the next shift to restore Syracuse's three-goal cushion. The Orange added an empty-net goal late in the period to secure the 6-2 victory and complete the sweep.
