- Daughter of Anne and Brian Hess
- Her mom ran track and cross country at Penn State and was the Captain of her teams 
- Majoring in Pre Med
- When not at the field, she enjoys snowboarding, surfing, hunting, fishing and pickleball
- Her goal at RMU is to become the Horizon League Defender of the Year and win the Horizon League Championship
- After graduation, she plans to attend PA school and become a physician assistant focusing on orthopedics
