Joining the Colonials on the bench for the 2009-10 season is junior, Kyle Burton. After lettering in his freshman and sophomore season, he will be the newest addition to the RMU hockey staff as a student assistant coach due to a medical condition. As a player, Burton appeared in a total of 62 games as a forward while scoring 13 goals and 13 assists. Prior to attending RMU, he played three seasons with the Calgary Canucks in the AJHL.

Scored a goal in two cosecutive games, first against Alabama-Huntsville (12/18/07) and second agaist American International (1/4/08) ...
