2025-26 Highlights (Senior)


2026 Outdoor: Competed in three outdoor meets, posting three top-10 finishes. At the Bison Outdoor Classic, LaQuatra posted a personal best in the 3000m steeple, finishing with a time of 10:43.58, which was good enough for fifth place (4/11-13). LaQuatra closed out the 2026 outdoor season with a fourth-place finish in the 3000m steeple with a time of 11:07.42 (5/8-10)

2025-26 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Colonials, securing five top-10 finishes, including winning gold in the DMR at the 2026 Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:46.19. At the championship, LaQuatra also set a new personal best in the mile with a time of 5:04.68 for a 10th-place finish. To begin the indoor season, LaQuatra also set a new personal best in the 3000m, finishing with a time of 10:24.84 at the Akron Al Campbell Invitational to finish in eighth-place (1/16)


2024-25 Highlights (Junior)


2025 Outdoor: Competed in six meets during her junior outdoor season, placing in the top 10 four times. LaQuatra secured two first-place finishes in the 4x400 at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational, and another at the Saint Francis University Red Flash Open in the 3000m steeple with a time of 11:33.52. Also at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational, LaQuatra posted a personal best time in the 800m with a time of 2:23.14 (4/18). At the 2025 Outdoor Horizon League Championship, LaQuatra finished in sixth place in the 3000m steeple with a time of 10:56.88 (5/9-11)

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Colonials, finishing with three top-10 finishes on the season, including a 10th-place finish at the 2025 Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championship in the mile with a time of 5:12.29. At the GVSU Big Meet, LaQuatra posted a season-best 5:08.64 in the mile (2/14)


2023-24 Highlights (Sophomore)


2024 Outdoor: Competed in five meets during the 2024 outdoor season, posting a top-five finish in the 3000m steeple at the 2024 Carnegie Mellon Track and Field Invitational with a time of 12:22.80 to finish in fourth at the meet (3/29-30). At the 2024 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championship, LaQuatra posted a 12th-place finish in the 3000m steeple with a time of 12:00.10 (5/3-5)

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in four meets, posting two top-five finishes, including winning the 3000m at the Bob Shannon Invitational with a time of 11:17.12 (2/3). Second top-five finish came at the 2024 Gulden Invitational with LaQuatra being a part of the 4x800 relay that finished in fourth with a time of 9:55.09 (1/20)


2022-23 Highlights (Freshman)


2023 Outdoor: Competed in six meets during her freshman outdoor campaign, finishing with four top-10 finishes, featuring a first-place finish at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational in the 3000m steeple with a time of 12:01.91 (4/21-22). At the 2023 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championship, finished with a time of 11:57.95 in the 3000m steeple to secure a 10th-place finish (5/5-7)

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in just two meets, finishing in 16th at the Gulden Invitational with a time of 5:29.54 in the mile and a 27th-place finish in the mile at the 2023 Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/25-26)
