2024 Outdoor: Compete in four meets during the 2024 outdoor season. At the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational, finished seventh in the 5000m with a personal best time of 20:51.79 (4/19). Thomas also posted a personal best at the Stan Romanoski Open with a 14th-place finish in 1500m with a time of 6:02.29 (3/22-23)
2023-24 Indoor: Competed in two meets, finishing in 67th in the mile at the SPIRE Indoor Games (2/10) and fourth at the Bob Shannon Invitational in the 3000m (2/3)
2022-23 Highlights (Freshman)
2023 Outdoor: Competed in five meets, posting two top-10 finishes on the season. At the 2023 Horizon League Outdoor Championship, Thomas finished in 11th in the 3000m steeple with a time of 12:08.41 (5/5-7). Posted another personal best at the Robert Morris Mid-Week PR Bonanza, finishing in fifth with a time of 5:20.34 in the 1500m (4/5)
2022-23 Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets, posting two top-10 finishes. At the 2023 Horizon League Indoor Track and Field Championships posted a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 11:22.26 to finish in 31st. Thomas also posted a personal best at the Bob Shannon Invitational in the mile with a sixth-place finish with a time of 5:44.91 (2/4)
