RMU STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK (Nov. 7, 2007)
Earning his second RMU Male Student-Athlete of the Week honor for the fall 2007 season is senior Jacek Przednowek of the Colonial soccer team. Przednowek took home the Brine / Northeast Conference Player of the Week honors Nov. 5, 2007, after Robert Morris finished its 2007 campaign 1-0-1 against Monmouth and Mount St. Mary's. In a 2-1 win over the Hawks (11/2), Przednowek assisted on Dwayne's Chin goal that broke a scoreless draw. Two days later in a 3-3 tie with the Mount, Przednowek recorded his third career hat trick, accomplishing the feat in just 16 minutes and 20 seconds. It marked 14th fastest hat trick in NCAA history. On the 2007 campaign Przednowek leads the NEC in scoring with 15 goals and 34 points. He finished his career ranked fourth in both goals (38) and points (84) at Robert Morris.
