Earning the Robert Morris Female Student-Athlete of the Week for Feb. 20, 2008, is junior goalie Brianne McLaughlin of the Colonial women's ice hockey squad. A native of Sheffield Village, Ohio, McLaughlin earned her third Defensive Player of the Week honor from College Hockey America (2/19/08) after helping RMU split a two-game series with nationally ranked Wayne State. In a 2-1 victory in game one of the series, McLaughlin stopped 26 shots, then followed that up with 21 saves a night later.
