RMU STUDENT-ATHLETE OF THE WEEK (Feb. 6, 2008)
Earning her second straight Robert Morris Female Student-Athlete of the Week and fifth overall on the 2007-08 winter season is junior Sade Logan of the Colonial women's basketball team. Logan, a native Knoxville, Tenn., is in the midst of one of the finest offensive seasons in school history, as she enters play this week having eclipsed the 30-point plateau in each of her last three games, the first Colonial basketball player in school history to turn the trick. Last week she averaged 33.0 points per game in helping lead RMU to victories at Mount St. Mary's and Monmouth. She scored 30 in the win over the Mount, then poured in 36 against the Hawks in leading the Colonials to a 95-83 win. On the 2007-08 season Logan leads the Colonials and ranks second nationally with a 25.7 points per game average.
