When is the ticket office open?
The ticket office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Where is the ticket office located?
The Robert Morris University ticket office is located on the second floor of Joe Walton Stadium. When you enter the Joe Walton Stadium main entrance – immediately take the elevator to the 2nd floor. When exiting the elevator walk to the right until you see a door that say RMU Athletic offices and the ticket office is located inside.

Where do I park?
All RMU Athletic events offer free parking for fans. For football, fans are encouraged to park in either of the gravel lot located next to Joe Walton Stadium or the Lower/Upper Sewall Center lots. For basketball events, fans are encouraged to use the Lower/Upper Sewall Center lots. Lastly, parking at the RMU Island Sports Center, where 84 Lumber Arena is located for hockey games, is right outside the main entrance.

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets go on sale for sports when the official schedule has been released. However, ticket inquiries can be taken at any point and when tickets do become available for sale – the customer will be contacted first.

How much are tickets?
Ticket pricing varies per sport and whether the tickets are purchased in advanced or the day of the game. Please reference our individual or group ticket pricing on the main page.

Why are game day prices higher?
Game day pricing is higher to encourage fans to purchase tickets in advance. Purchasing tickets in advance allows fans to eliminate waiting in line to purchase tickets on the day of the game as well as receiving tickets in advance electronically. All pricing information can be found on the pricing page for each respective sport.

What is the difference between a "Red" and a "Blue" game?
"Red" games have been selected as premium games for various reasons (opponent, homecoming, TV, etc.). Pricing for these games is increased due to the demand for tickets being higher. All other games are selected as a "Blue" game and follow our normal pricing policies. All pricing information can be found on the pricing page for each respective sport. 

Which sports are tickets available for?
Robert Morris University Athletics tickets five sports – Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Men’s Ice Hockey, & Women’s Ice Hockey. All other sporting events are free of charge!
