RMU FAN ATTENDANCE INFORMATION - SPRING 2021
As RMU continues to prioritize the health and safety of student-athletes, staff, fans and the entire RMU community, we ask for your helping in adhering to the requirements and guidelines outlined below.

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVD-19, we ask that you stay home.

Fan Attendance Is Limited to ONLY Those Who Have Been Pre-Approved
  • Health Screening Form: Prior to arrival, each fan is required to complete the RMU Gameday Visitors: COVID-19 Screening Form. This screening form must be completed for each family member in your party, in order to be admitted into the venue.
  • Upon arrival at the venue, proceed to the check-in table, located in the Joe Walton Stadium Breezeway.  You will be asked to provide photo identification for each guest. The staff member will then check to be sure that the RMU Gameday Visitors: COVID-19 Screening Form has been completed. Fans who have been cleared to enter the stadium will receive a wristband.
  • Upon entrance to the stadium, a staff member will direct you to a section, based on the size of your pod. If you have a blended family, you will be permitted to sit in two smaller groups.

Please Note That All Visitors Must Adhere To The Following Requirements ...
  • Face masks (covering the mouth and nose) are required at all times on the RMU campus.
  • Press boxes and indoor facilities (other than the restrooms located in the JWS Breezeways) are closed to guests at this time. Please dress with weather conditions in mind.
  • Visitors are required to observe physical distancing guidelines, including observance of physical distancing signage and pod seating, using the designated "sit here" stickers, or as instructed by University staff, when appropriate. Standing on the concourse or walkways is not permitted.
  • Gathering in large groups (larger than your family pod), is not permitted. Visitors may not gather or congregate with other fans or student-athletes.
  • The upper deck of the bleachers may not be used for gathering. Fans should sit in designated areas and depart the stadium immediately following the game.
  • Tailgating is not permitted in parking areas or on campus.
  • Due to the risk of exposure to the entire team, your student-athletes must adhere to social distancing and masking guidelines when visiting with you, including maintaining six (6) feet of physical distancing and wearing a mask that covers the face and nose at all times.
RMU Ticketing Frequently Asked Questions

UPDATE: March 1, 2021 - Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf increased the maximum capacity limites to 20% for outdoor events and 15% for indoor events. However, with the need to maintain the required six-foot social distancing protocols, RMU is unable to further increase our available attendance capacity at this time.

What happens if a game is canceled or is played without fans in attendance?

In the event a game is canceled or played without fans, the season ticket price will be prorated and an individual will receive credit of equal value. At the end of the season, credit can be converted to a donation to RMU Athletics, rolled over toward a 2021-22 season ticket or package or requested as a refund.

Is my donation to the 1921 Club, or my donation with my season ticket purchase, refundable?

Unfortunately, Robert Morris University and RMU Athletics will not be able to refund donations. Charitable donations and non-charitable seat contributions are annually used in-part to provide our student-athletes with scholarship opportunities and cannot be refunded, per University policy. Scholarship allocations have been distributed for the 2020-21 academic year. RMU appreciates your understanding that, as a 1921 Club member or donor to the RMU Athletics General Fund, your annual support for scholarships is the backbone of our commitment to the student-athlete experience. RMU will provide its student-athletes with scholarship support, regardless if games are played in 2020-21. RMU cannot thank its donors enough for their continued loyal and generous support.

How do I give my donation to RMU Athletics?

To donate your season tickets, please contact the RMU Ticket Office at (412) 397-4949 or RMU Athletic Development at (412) 397-5960.

I have health/financial concerns about the 2020-21 season and do not feel comfortable renewing my tickets this year. Will I be able to maintain my current seats for future seasons?

An individual will not be penalized for not renewing season tickets for the 2020-21 academic year. Your seat locations from the 2019-20 season will be held for next season and once we have returned to full capacity, you will retain the option to return to your original seats.

Will I have to wear a mask to attend games?

Masks are currently required in all facilities and we anticipate that practice remaining in place for all of our home events. RMU will continue to adhere to the evolving recommendations and requirements of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local and state health guidelines, the RMU Ready Plan, RMU Athletics Return to Campus Policy and Procedures, UPMC Sports Medicine guidelines, the NCAA Resocialization of College Sports guidelines and respective conference COVID-19 Advisory Panels.

What is the best way to reach the RMU Ticket Office or the RMU Athletic Development Office if I have questions or need assistance?

Please contact Jake Sullivan, Director of RMU Ticket Sales, at (412) 397-4934 or via email at sullivanja@rmu.edu. To contact TJ Brown, RMU Associate Athletic Director for Development, please call (412) 397-5960 or via email at brownt@rmu.edu.
