In his first season as a defensive assistant at RMU is Jacob Bayha.
At Alfred University the last two seasons, Bayha served as a graduate assistant, coaching the offensive line in 2018 and the tight ends in 2019. In addition to his coaching duties, Bayha assisted in film breakdown, running the scout defense and recruiting the areas of Syracuse, N.Y., Albany, N.Y., and Pittsburgh, Pa.
During the 2017 season, Bayha served as a student coach at alma mater Washington & Jefferson. Bayha, a native of Gibsonia, Pa., played four seasons on the offensive line for the Presidents from 2013 to 2016.
