- Became just the second student-athlete in NEC history, and first at RMU, to claim both of those honors in the same year
- Became the fifth Colonial pitcher to claim an All-NEC First Team honor
- Broke RMU’s single-season record for wins with her 25th victory May 10 against Monmouth
- The prior record of 24 wins that Sleith broke had stood for 21 years
- Posted a 1.59 ERA, the fourth-lowest in RMU single-season history and the best by a Colonial since 1998
- Collected 251 strikeouts, a RMU rookie record, and third in single-season Colonial history
- Led the NEC in wins, strikeouts and saves (five) and ranked among the top 40 nationally in each category

- Earned her third all-state honor from Pennsylvania softball coaches in 2011
- Led Yough to the WPIAL championship in her senior as the squad advanced to the state quarterfinals
- The WPIAL title was the first championship in any sport in school history
- Named Player of the Year by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in 2011 after going 19-2 with a 0.56 ERA and 298 strikeouts
- Also added 12 shutouts in 21 appearances and tallied three no-hitters
- Named 2011 Pittsburgh Tribune-Review Player of the Year as well
- Was 65-11 in her high school career with 979 career strikeouts
