2025-26 Highlights (Sophomore)
2026 Outdoor: Competed in three meets during the 2026 outdoor campaign, finishing with three top-10 finishes, including fourth-place finishes in the 100m at the Mountaineer Showcase (4/17-18) and the 4x400 at the Carnegie Mellon University Invitational
2025-26 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Colonials, placing in the top-10 three times on the season. Posted a personal best in the 60m at the 2026 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championships, finishing in 15th place with a time of 7.86Â

2024-25 Highlights (Freshman)
2025 Outdoor: Competed in six meets, finishing with eight top-10 placements on the season. At the 2025 Horizon League Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Dade posted a personal best 12.32 in the 100m, while also posting a personal best in the 200m at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational with a time of 24.75 to finish in second place (4/18)
2024-25 Indoor: Competed in six meets during her freshman indoor campaign, posting a season best in the 60m at the Akron Haynes Lancaster Open with a time of 8.00 (12/6) and in the 200m at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invitational with a time of 26.79 (2/14-15)
