2025-26 Highlights (Senior)
2026 Outdoor: Competed in six meets during her senior outdoor season, posting 10 top-10 finishes on the season, including a first-place finish at the 2026 Westminster Invitational in the 4x100 with a time of 47.27 (4/17-18). At the 2026 Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Monz set two personal bests as well as being a part of the 4x100 team that took home bronze with a time of 46.59. Monz set a new personal best in the 100m with a time of 12.15 and finished ninth in the long jump with a personal best distance of 5.52m (5/8-10)
2025-26 Indoor: Competed in six meets, recording three top-10 finishes, including a 10th-place finish in the long jump at the 2026 Horizon League Indoor Track & Field Championship. Monz also posted a personal best in the 60m at the championship, posting a time of 7.81. At the Akron Al Campbell Invitational, Monz had a season-high placement, finishing in eighth in the long jump with a distance of 5.23m (1/16)

2025 Outdoor: Competed in six meets, securing a season-high placement in the long jump at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational. At the Invitational, Monz finished in eighth place in the long jump with a distance of 4.59m (4/18)
2024-25 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets, with two top-10 placements on the season. At the Akron Invitational, Monz placed eighth in the long jump with a distance of 4.99m while finishing in ninth in the long jump at the Akron Haynes Lancaster Open with a season-best distance of 5.12m (12/6)

2024 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Colonials, posting a top-10 finish in the 100m at the Benson/Hodge Memorial Invitational with a time of 13.08 to highlight her outdoor season (4/19)
2023-24 Indoor: Competed in six meets during the 2023-24 indoor season. Finished in the top 10 at the Bob Shannon Invitational, placing seventh in the long jump with a season-best distance of 4.75m (2/3)
