Turici Takes Second at ECAC Championships

Princeton, N.J. - Senior field athlete, Ashley Turici (Zelienople, Pa. / Seneca Valley), of the Robert Morris University women's track and field team earned a silver place finish at the 2010 ECAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on the campus of Princeton University.

On Saturday afternoon, the fourth-year member of the squad placed second in the javelin throw with her 45.58m effort.

Turici's 45.58m result was her best of the season by nearly three meters. Her second best finish, 42.66m, was in April at the RMU Bennie Benson Invitational.
