Moon Township, Pa. – The Robert Morris University women's tennis continued its 2012-13 schedule Saturday afternoon with a 7-0 loss to Pittsburgh at the North Athletic Complex.

The defeat drops the Colonials to 2-15 overall on the 2012-13 campaign.

Against the Panthers, junior Carolina Mourao Teixeira (Rio De Janeiro, Brazil) battled Taylor Washington at the No. 1 singles flight before falling, 6-2 and 6-2.

At the second singles flight, freshman Marie-Sophie Heine (Wanze, Belgium) fell to Jocelyn Lu, 6-1 and 6-2.

RMU returns to the court Sunday, April 7, with a Noon match against Allegheny at the North Athletic Complex.
