Andrew Toole
On his outlook for the 2014-15 season …
"We have a chance to be a good team. It's important that our attention to detail continues to improve and our new guys play with a sense of urgency. A big question is whether or not we're going to be tough enough. To be successful, we're going to have to have guys that are willing to get their hands dirty and make the hustle plays. That takes toughness."

On the point guard position …
"It's an unknown. It's the first time in my tenure where we don't have a guy that has been a rock at the position. We certainly have some guys that are capable of playing the position at a high level, and guys are improving. How quickly we settle in at that position is going to determine how good a team we can be."

On senior Lucky Jones
"Lucky's had a great impact since he stepped on campus as a freshman. He brings toughness. He brings versatility. He helps set the tone every day. Our new guys see that and they fall in line. There's a lot of great players that have played at Robert Morris and a lot of great players in the Northeast Conference, and I think Lucky Jones is one of those."

On his tenure at Robert Morris …
"I'm proud of the sustained success we've had over the last seven years. It takes a collective effort, from the players, coaches and everyone associated with the program. The only way you can sustain that effort is having everyone buy in, whether it's the new guys on the roster or the veterans."

On being selected to the 2014-15 Preseason All-NEC Team …
"It's a huge honor. The recognition that I get is a reflection of the team. Every one of the guys that we have on our team helps me be successful, which in turn helps our team be successful."

On his final season at Robert Morris …
"I'm trying to be a leader both on and off the court. We've got a lot of talent coming back, and our main focus is getting better every day. We have a lot of new guys and we're trying to guide them as best we can. We build off our hard work, and hopefully we'll continue that."
