The Robert Morris University women's soccer team closes a two-match homestand this Friday, Oct. 14 at noon when LIU Brooklyn arrives at the North Athletic Complex. Both teams are searching for their first win in Northeast Conference (NEC) play as the Colonials own a 2-11 overall mark, while the Blackbirds come into this match at 1-11. Â Both teams have identical 0-3 records in league action.

All-Time Series vs. LIU Brooklyn
Robert Morris is 5-12-2 against the Blackbirds in its history, but has won the last two matches. Last season, the Colonials used a three-goal second half barrage to defeat LIU Brooklyn, 4-2. In 2014,
Madison Kozlowski's tally in the 17th minute was the only score in RMU's 1-0 victory over the visiting Blackbirds.

A short turnaround awaits Robert Morris as it kicks off a two-game road swing on Sunday, Oct. 16 at 1:00 p.m. against Mount St. Mary's. The Colonials defeated the Mountaineers last season, 3-0, and clinched the program's first ever NEC Tournament berth in the process.
