Women's Soccer | 10/20/2016 9:40:00 AM

Capsule
Two straight victories have the Robert Morris University women's soccer team back in the thick of the Northeast Conference (NEC) Tournament race. On Friday, Oct. 21, the Colonials will look to keep their postseason hopes alive when they travel to second-place Fairleigh Dickinson for a crucial NEC match. The Knights have 10 points (3-0-1) in the league and are 5-9-1 overall, while the recent run of form has moved RMU to 4-11 and 2-3 in conference play.

All-Time Series vs. Fairleigh Dickinson
Robert Morris is 5-11-1 against the Knights in its history. The Colonials will be looking for revenge against FDU after a pair of losses last season on Senior Day (2-1) and the NEC Championship Game (1-0). RMU last gained a point from the Knights in a 0-0 draw three seasons ago behind a three-save clean sheet from Becky Schoenecker. The Colonials' previous victory over FDU came in 2011 in a dominant 3-1 performance at the North Athletic Complex.
