Moon Township, Pa. – The 2016 season continues on the road for
Robert Morris University men's lacrosse as the team heads to Louisville, Ky., for a 1 p.m. game against Bellarmine on Saturday, Feb. 13 in Owsley B. Frazier Stadium.
The Colonials (0-1) are coming off a season-opening loss at Penn State, while the Knights' (0-0) season officially opens Saturday against RMU.

Robert Morris versus BellarmineThe Knights lead the all-time series with the Colonials, 7-3. Bellarmine won the last meeting between the two teams, 13-10, at Joe Walton Stadium. The Colonials have won two of the last five matchups with the Knights, but have dropped the last three. The last four meetings have been decided by three goals or less.
Step Right UpIn last weekend's season opener at Penn State, nine of 12 freshmen on the 2016 roster made their collegiate debut. Freshmen
Shane Majewski and
Stephen Cyron each scored a goal in their first game of their Colonials career.
Man UpRMU went 2-2 on its extra-man opportunities against the Nittany Lions last Saturday.
JonPatrik Kealey and
Luke Laszkiewicz recorded the man-up goals.
On DeckFollowing a two-game road swing, the Colonials will face Manhattan in their 2016 home opener on Saturday, Feb. 20 at 11 a.m. in Joe Walton Stadium. RMU is 3-1 all-time against Manhattan and has won the last three meetings between the two programs. Saturday's contest will mark the first time the two squads have squared off since 2011.
