– The Northeast Conference portion of the 2016 schedule kicks off for the
Robert Morris University men's lacrosse team on Saturday, March 19, when the Colonials host the Sacred Heart Pioneers at 1 p.m. at Joe Walton Stadium.
RMU (2-5) enters the NEC slate coming off a split week during which the team topped Mercer in overtime and dropped a 13-5 decision in a first-time meeting with Marquette. Sacred Heart (2-5) has dropped its four previous games entering Saturday's conference opener. The Pioneers are coming off a tough 9-8 overtime defeat at Vermont.
