Moon Township, Pa. – Inclement weather in the Annapolis, Md., region has forced the cancellation of the second round of the Navy Fall Classic.
The
Robert Morris University golf team finished second after posting a
team score of 288 at the Naval Academy Golf Course Sunday. Individually, the top finisher for the second straight tournament to begin the 2016-17 campaign is freshman
Max Palmer, who was one of six student-athletes to finish at 70 (-1).
Wagner claims the 2016 team title at the Navy Fall Classic after recording a 283 Sunday.
The Colonials get back to action Sunday, Sept. 25, by participating in the Northern Kentucky Fall Classic at
Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio.
